This high-quality Brandy has been distilled from two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. It is matured in a used Pinot Noir barrel - a 227-liter Burgundy oak barrel - and left there for ten years.
Its alcohol content comes to 53,5% by volume. This is the result of natural evaporation as it ages for ten years in the oak barrel and not because of some adjustment using water to dilute it. This has given us a brandy with an excellent concentration of aromas.
